The races were basically 60 mile marathon from the Weirs around Rattlesnake Island and return to the Weirs dock on slalom skis. There were Mararajah long boards and catalina harnesses as well as a variety of Cypress Garden, O'brien and Northland skis.
My dad test out alpine skis for the Northland factory. We were able to get a hold of a variety of one off Northland water skis including a very rare long board. Unfortunately we had to give them back to the factory at the end of the season.
