Default Crippling to businesses and heartbreaking to riders!

Y'know, I'm all for preserving natural space, I moved here for the natural space! However, there seems to be a strong disparity in what was "originally planned" for this area, and what has ultimately taken place. This is indeed a slap in the fact to all contributors who happen to have donated because they believed that it would help to preserve the trails, only to be shut out!
