My favorite OLD Boat House is in Senter Cove..Senter Cove is named on the old Duncan chart. It's NOT Named on the Bizer chart. This is the boat house where the steam yacht Swallow was berthed.

My favorite NEW Boat House is at Umbrella Point, Wolfeboro Neck. This property is still available for purchase @ around $11M, including a VERY modest house on 40+ acres. A view of the house is hard to find.
