Default "Not Tracking with You"

I think Sal has a really good point. As time goes on, more people get involved, the system becomes very "interrupted." Sometimes an ill-perceived comment is truly meant to be harmful, sometimes the person's just not tracking with the conversation (and you can't track with what they're saying).

Seems reasonable to ask for clarification, and have an easy way to do it. Best if it can be done "bcc.
