I have been dining at both establishments for many years, although my kids are now 10 and 15 I have never had an unpleasant dining experience at both establishments now and when they were much younger. I found them to be very accommodating. I also do not mind eating with them in the bar area or downstairs at Canoe and think its great that you can be with other families with children or when without kids have a nice dinner in an adult only atmosphere.
