Okay the picture in the ad could be called misleading.
Does this exaggeration hurt anyone or cause anyone grief?
What is the potential effect of this on the general public?
What about people who have never been by the LP before and don't know the area?
Does this picture make you think the place is actually lakeside?
I think it is amusing but no big deal partially because I've seen the place before.
What do you think? Is this deceptive, just aggressive advertising or what?
