So if you have a friend with a child (well under 16), and the child wants to fish, but no adult is interested in fishing.
The child catches something and cries for some help. Some adult comes to see what's up and grabs the pole, perhaps the kid hooked the bottom or has a tangle, or perhaps the child even hooks a fish.
Now the adult is fishing without a license and all equipment and boat can be confiscated, fines levied, etc? All because a child wanted a little fun?
I don't fish, so I don't know the laws. Can a child under 16 fish without a license at all times, or only with the supervision of an adult that has his own license?
