Dave: it was my Mantus 8# that has been, and will continue to be, absolutely spectacular. Dan can rib me all he wants, but it's absolutely simple with no mechanical parts and sets the first time every time.

ApS: Mike said he had to tug real hard from different directions to get it out. This leads me to believe I could probably have as well if I knew more about the limits of my pontoon's attachments (and was less concerned about snapping the line).

Another note: I had emailed Mantus to share that it had held "too well" and they offered to work with me to get it replaced, if necessary, so one more star for Mantus!
