The rolling roadblock reminds of the afternoon I was headed up 93N about 8 years ago. I was the second car behind 2 box trucks side by side at 55 mph the whole 2-lane stretch from Salem to Manchester. I didn't realize what they were doing until we got to the third lane in Manchester.
Traffic must have been backed up behind us for miles and miles.
