In terms of the gun club, have you asked around? There's a ton of homes in that area with Balmoral and Suissevale, and in the ten years we've owned on Winni, I've yet to hear any complaints.

I was just wondering think, if you know of anything coming available where you live? That would be a perfect spot for kayaking etc.
