Yeah, in NH, a PWC is not always a ski craft.
NH considers a ski craft to be less than 13'
AND has the capability to exceed 20 MPH
AND can carry 2 or fewer persons. So a 10' PWC that can go over 20 MPH, and has 3 or more seats, it is considered a boat. It is the number of seats that makes your 3-seat PWC a boat.
