Looks like it might have been a
Board Track Racer, although most of them I have seen were
V Twins. They raced on board tracks similar to tracks used for bicycle racing..and roller derby's. They started out using 25 degree banked turns and eventually up to 60 degree banks. I think they were banned because they were killing riders and spectators alike.
