Prop Strike usually means the engine needs to be torn down....rebuild. So my guess is ...remove the wings and tow it to the nearest airport where an "Aviation Mechanic" can have a look. Get your checkbook out. I'll just take a "Loose Guess"...$40K..+/-
Looks like a Beech Bonanza..not the "V" tail...still not an inexpensive airplane. NB
