As I recall they don't serve iced tea. It seems to me that you can't find a restaurant that gives free refills on juice and except for chains, most restaurants with a bar do not give free refills on soft drinks.

If you are the 'designated driver' of a group of people, most bars give free non alcoholic drinks.
Patrick's, T-Bones, Cactus Jack, Canoe and O's gives free refills of non alcoholic beverges to everyone except fruit drinks.
