You said in you first post: “Every time we have been there she has been nasty, miserable, and rude.”
That to me means that each time you went there, she gave you a hard time.
Questions:
1. How many times have you been there?
2. What did she do each time that was so "nasty, miserable, and rude"?
3. Why didn't you complain the first time she gave you a hard time (or maybe not go back several more times for more of the same)?
