East of Suez in Wolfeboro

We had dinner there tonight....the Korean Bulgoki was tender and delicious. Our server told us that they now accept credit cards. :)

We hadn't been to the Tavern for a while because of sometimes good, sometimes bad, dining experiences. Well, we went back this past summer because our out-of-town visitors really wanted to go there....

Most locals (including me) love seeing the town shops and restaurants so busy during the summer season. It's great for Wolfeboro's economy! :)

Wolfeboro Farmers' Market

I just got back with 2 big bags of fresh fruit and vegetables. I bought peaches, blueberries, tomatoes, eggplant and yellow squash.......all for $14! I'll be back next week. :D

The Straw Cellar closed but it sold off the "fudge" portion of its business. Straw Cellar Fudge
opened in a very small store on the same block as the former ribbon store.

Sorry, but the Straw Cellar closed over a year ago. It is now the Folk Cellar.....a music store. The Ribbon Store closed as well and I'm not sure what is in there now.
