I am also shocked that this bloom is occurring in October/November. I always thought these could only happen in the summer when the water was warm. I am evidently uneducated about this topic. When...

I’m taking a very out of the way route so thankfully, I won’t go near Kingswood High School. My guess is the crowd might be lighter than expected. The problem, however as you note, is the weather,...

I can’t understand why it would be scheduled there on a holiday, mid day when everyone is moving around. Highly inconsiderate.

How did the winter go for Birch and Vine? Were the snowmobilers OK with the separate area? Any accommodations for full time residents over the winter? Updates would be appreciated.

Thank you

The lakes region is a pretty casual place. I can’t imagine anyone being turned away for clothing unless they were dressed like a vagabond. There must be more to the story.

Thanks

Hello:

Does anyone know what is going on with Cider Press at the Barn? There seems
to be a lot of activity outside, improvements, etc.; but nothing about when it might open?

Thanks

Perhaps my critique of the Pine Cone’s food was too critical but the menu never changed and I think the choices were sub par. I don’t disagree it is sad to see a local watering hole disappear....
