Ive got to admit that real estate agents tend to try and paint the properties they have for sale in the best possible light when they describe them. Well, most agents anyway. There are still plain vanilla descriptions such as 2 Bedroom, 2 bathroom house with 1,512 Sq ft of living space on a 3.62 acre lot. Large attached garage with storage space above it. May was a great month for waterfront sales on Winnipesaukee with twelve transactions at an average price of $638,231. None of the sales exceeded $1 million, but three were in the $900,000 range. Hey, it is the holiday weekend! Get out there and enjoy all the Lakes Region has to offer! So, what is your favorite real estate movie? When you stop and think about it, there are more movies dealing with real estate than you might have originally guessed. Early westerns were about settlers trying to make new homes in the Old West, war movies are really about countries fighting over real estate, and horror movies are often about haunted houses.
