Lakes Region of Waterfront - 2012 1st Half Sales Report

June was a fantastic month as far as Winnipesaukee waterfront sales were concerned. There were seventeen sales at an average price of $940,500 and seven of those sales were over the million dollar mark. That compares to twelve sales last June with ten of those over a million resulting in a higher $1.78 million average. Ive got to admit that real estate agents tend to try and paint the properties they have for sale in the best possible light when they describe them. Well, most agents anyway. There are still plain vanilla descriptions such as 2 Bedroom, 2 bathroom house with 1,512 Sq ft of living space on a 3.62 acre lot. Large attached garage with storage space above it. Winnipesaukee, Winnisquam, and Squam - May 2012 Waterfront Sales Report

May was a great month for waterfront sales on Winnipesaukee with twelve transactions at an average price of $638,231. None of the sales exceeded $1 million, but three were in the $900,000 range.
