New Houses for the New Year


As the New Year begins we saw almost two hundred listings expire without selling in the twelve communitiesin the Lakes Region covered by the real estate market report. The inventory dropped from 952 listings available as of Dec 1, 2014 to just 761 as of January 1, 2015 with a median price point of $249,900. But this is not unusual and it happens every year.
