Are you the same ice cream man with the small pontoon boat who was featured in the New Hampshire Chronicle a while back?

The Chronicle report was about the ice cream boat on Lake Ossipee.

Actually, the one featured in the Chronicle piece is the same one who's been on Winnipesaukee. I believe he travels from lake to lake, and I remember meeting him two years ago behind Sleeper's Island.

This is yet another thing which makes this lake so special.

Wow, I wish I had know your whereabouts in early August. The kids would have loved the idea of the Ice Cream Man on the lake. Do you make the rounds of specific parts of the lake? My husband, who has been coming up here for 40 years, had never heard of the ice cream boat. We have been missing out!

However, our family does get its daily dose of sugar from the Sophie C. as she makes her daily mail deliveries. But the days that we miss getting the boys to the mail dock in time are not pleasant :laugh:
