I want to suggest a placement for a new buoy(near graveyard.). Who do I send it to and what is the address.

Call the NHMP 293-2037, and let them know. They do a great job on the States Aids to Navigation and would be glad to get your advice.

As for calling BIZER, I think that he has a challange out for those that can find a hazard missed by him. BTW, a great navigator and guy.
