Can someone please tell me the name of the smokehouse/barbeque at the intersection of rt's 16 and 25? I'm also not sure of the town it's in.

So...is it good?

First time to Texas, I was taken out for some BBQ. Had no idea that it was the name of the food -- all this yankee knew was that it was the way the food was prepared. Many years later, I recall going to that joint to have "barbeque"!

It is good- they have a big ol' smoker in that there place!!!

They do a good job with takeout as well and it really is a pretty short drive from Moultonboro- maybe 15 mins or so.

They are good to indulge once in awhile. It's the type of food that can shorten your life if eaten on a regular basis (hey, just my opinion that's all.) :D But if you like Barbeque their a must-try.

Agree, but can we call it "living" without pork fat.:):)
