I have read through most of the threads on this subject and reviewed the DES website, so I only have a few questions that I hope to get help on?

My seasonal (crank up) dock will be anchored to rocks on the shoreline (no moving rocks and no pad required). Does this still qualify?

Does anyone have an example of a PBN for seasonal dock that they wouldn't mind sharing. I just need an example of what they are looking for in the description section and what type of pictures they are expecting, etc.

Thanks again to everyone, this forum is invaluable.

Although I have no info regarding the info you are looking for as I am currently in the same situation. Can you tell me where you purchased your crank up dock, how you chose the design, how long it is, time frame for delivery, etc. and what made you go w/ a "crank up"?

I have the same situation. My dock is anchored to an existing rock and no pad needed. Yes, it still qualifies. If you PM me with your email address I will send you a copy of my PBN for the crank up that I did a few years ago.

I went with a 6 x 40, which is the the maximum allowable size based on my frontage. I bought it from Lakes Region Marine Construction and they were great. I initially had some issues with the anchor rock moving when the dock was raised because of the high winds on my point. They did have to come back several times but they ended up fixing the problem. I angled my web cam towards the dock so that you can get a better look at it. http://www.blackcatcam.com/
