What's being built on White Oaks Road ?

I have noticed this large road being put in on White Oaks Road in about the middle of the street. Is this part of the Evergreen Condo Association ? And if it is does anyone know what types of units are being put in....single homes, clubhouse, or condo buildings ?

White Oaks Road is in Laconia. It runs from the area of the now closed Surf-Coaster near Weirs to Rt 3 close to the Margate.

I'm not up the lake right now to check it out, but could this be the "Brady -Sullivan" development ? Over 300 units to be built. There was a previous thread about this.
