My wife, who is one hard to please person, went there last night with the kids and said the food was great and she had an awesome Margarita. We were there last year and we all thought the food was decent but she said it is much improved this year. :liplick:

We have eaten there a couple of times this year. My brother told us about it as he is there everytime he's up the lake. We found the food and atmosphere to be very very good. The first time we ate there we had a great waitress, the last time we ate there, and I'd brought my hungry husband for the first time, the waitress was real slow and we actually thought she'd forgotten us. I'd still go there again. I love their food.

Buckeys is on 109 right before the split to 171.

They recently completed an addition to the restaurant and the kitchen which has improved the menu choices and quality (IMO).

The bar is good too!
