What's going on?

It's 7 a.m., 40 degrees outside and everywhere I look on the web cam there are boats (or maybe it's just very large floating debris and i just haven't cleared my eyes yet this morning). Is there a fishing derby going on? Is this normal? I don't see this many boats out there at 7 a.m. during the warm months.

Its the Winni Fishin Derby Weekend! Saw lots of boats out this am on my way to work... and lots being trailered up to the lake!!

I counted 20 boats by 5:30 a.m. on Weirs bay, with a steady parade coming in through the channel! :eek:

I guess I do. I never go to the main page of the forum. Instead, I go to rattlesnake.com, check out the cams and then click on the link to the forum. Well, now I know.

I don't either. I always go right to "New Posts" or the "Photo Gallery". Some quite interesting links on the Calendar. I never knew that THIS PLACE (http://www.winniplayhouse.com/) had so many offerings, for instance.
