Where's WINNFABS when you need them?

Where's WINNFABS when you need them? Talk about a safety and quality of life issue! The only solution I see is a speed limit on airplane takeoffs - that should stop the danger to the people that insist on getting close to, or driving on the runway. Unbelievable.

Perhaps a ban on landing on ice or driving on ice is needed. After all , a slow moving vehicle is no match for a high speed air craft:rolleye1:

A car or pickup is so small compared to a GFBL airplane. ;)
