Good Article on Boater Education...

THey are getting rid of the 14 day temporary certificate in favor of a one time/one day exemption. This is good,however, the article doesn't say how they are going to keep track of the one day exemption?

Woodsy,this statement was in that article."Gibson agreed that the proposed change would be positive in requiring all boaters to have a true certificate".
I'm wondering if by that he means that if this passes,those with a current on-line certification like myself will have to get a classroom certification?
