Ice condition at Fays Boat Yard?

Anyone been by Fays? We haven't been up in a few weeks and were wondering if ice is still in around docks? Any boats in yet? :D

Drove by on Rte 11 on Sat, the ice was still locked into the "Gilford marina" just off the road, and looked solid out into smith's cove. I would guess that it is still ice locked.
