Diver Missing off Weirs

LACONIA, N.H. -- Fish and Game divers Thursday suspended looking for a Fire Department diver who failed to surface after practicing dives in Lake Winnipesaukee.
Authorities said two firefighters were in the water off Weirs Beach but became separated and one of them failed to come out of the lake.

Their names were withheld.

Fish and Game Maj. Tim Acerno said the search would resumes Friday.

The Laconia Citizen website says the lost diver was found at 1:00.

The firefighter divers body was found at 1:00 today.He was identified as LT.Mark Miller.Very sad. SS
