I have recently moved from Suissevale to another part of Moultonboro and our outside cat can not be located! We have searched for the past month and a hlaf with no luck. He is a neutered dark black/brown tiger cat, on the large side, and he is blind in one eye from a previous injury before I adopted him. He is very friendly but might be shy to strangers. He is up to date on his vaccines. Please contact me at 603-275-0248. My name is Jackie oh and the cats name is R2D2. Thank you again! The street we lived on is Wintersport in Suissevale.

So sorry to hear about your missing cat. I live on the other side of Moultonborough so I can't be of much help. I am a cat lover. Attached is a picture of my 15 year old cat named Jezzie. I hope you find him.

Thank you. I adopted him from work a couple years ago. He can not live as an indoor cat (my other 2 do not go outside) and he didn't come back when we were moving. I'm hoping someone spots him and I can set a hav-a-heart trap to catch him. I know he has food since he is in Suissvale. My kids miss him and are devestated :(

Do you have a picture you can post and could you PM me your last address in Suissevale. I will go on the hunt. I am good at finding lost animals....Well they usually find me...but I would keep a look out if I knew what it looked like with a Picture. BTW I live in Suissevale on Oberdorf by the club house.
There has been a Fisher around lately. Hope it has not found your cat.

Thank you...I used to live at 134 Wintersport...Bob Lawrences old house. I rented it for the last year and moved out in June...I will try to get a picture on here but I'm having trouble getting one (I'm new to this) One thing that is unusual about him is that he is blind in one eye and his pupil doesn't adjust to the light like his other one (so at night one eye is shinier than the other) He is friendly and we did live on Langdorf previous to wintersport. Thank you for your help. I come back all the time to try to find him but haven't seen him. The house we rented as been foreclosed on and no one is living there now.

Have you put the vets' offices on notice? And the Lakes region Humane society?
My cat turned up at the vet's office once -- someone found her and she had lost her collar but the office knew I was looking and phoned me.
I lost and found her 3 times in Moultonboro. Sometimes they get chased while they're outside and can't find their way back. They will head for familiar sounds and odors eventhough it may not be the correct location. Don't forget to look up! (They can get stuck in a tree.)

Thank you Donna! I went yesterday on the hunt but no luck :( I'm still hopeful! He's definitely a street wise kitty. I'm just hoping he's spotted before the weather gets too cold. I can't set a trap at the old house because it was foreclosed on after we moved out but I'm hoping to catch the neighbors when they are up to see if I can at their house!

Dont give up!
It took me 5 weeks to find my cat last time. Actually someone phoned her in. But you'd be surprised how well they manage in the wild and also, there's the "ships that pass" syndrome where he's staying with someone who doesn't know you're looking for him.
