While it's that time of year for the lighted Navaids to start coming out, I thought I'd mention that FL 23 (off Sandy Pt in Alton Bay) has been non-functional for the last 2 weeks. Don't know it it's by intention or other but if you're cruising down the bay at night be aware it's light is not there.

*or perhaps it's just pining for the fjords ... ;)

I was wondering if there were any other Flying Circus addicts out there. Good to know the insanity is not gone yet ...

This is not the spam on the internet, nudge, nudge know what I mean. ;) My brother, his friend Poop (nick name) and I spent many hours listening to the albums (real vinyl) getting hysterical. I guess I was not the only one with a misspent youth, or as pronounced in some places ute.

Did they fix the marker yet or are they waiting for ice out? I may need the marker next summer so I know where Sandy Point is. :rolleye2:

Can't tell about the FL 23 now. This time of year the lights are removed from all the lighted nav-aids. I suspect that when the light is replaced in spring it'll have been checked and replaced/repaired as necessary.

Thanks for the reply I guess we have to wait for spring and it isn't even winter yet. :rolleye2:
